For Vacant Properties: Recovery & verification of your property corner markers - Gives you the accurate size & location of your property
For Properties with Improvements: Recovery & verification of your property corner markers as well as location of above ground improvements. Improvements are items such as your existing home, driveway, fences, above ground utilities etc..
Official findings of the building and related elevation data required so that we can fill out a FEMA Elevation Certificate form. Often used for flood insurance or for compliance with your local floodplain management requirements.
As an addition to your Boundary or Boundary & Location Survey - land elevation information and related topographic features as applicable. Commonly used for construction related projects as design & permitting may require. IE: new home construction, additions, certain pool permitting, etc..
As an addition to your Boundary or Boundary & Location Survey - size, location, and common species type of any trees on site that meet the applicable municipality's tree criteria. Commonly used for tree removal permitting or general design use.
Sketch & Descriptions are used in many capacities. A few of the major reasons are for Release or Vacation of Existing Easements, Creation of New Easements, New Legal Descriptions for basic Lot Splitting, etc..
This service provides a legal description of the area in question and sketch of the area location.
Field marking of reference points for new buildings or other items.
Field verification of your buildings during construction to show the accurate placement of your foundation and often used by local municipalities to ensure compliance with approved plans and local building setbacks.
Field verification of all final improvements (with or without new topography information). Location of all new improvements on site and new site elevations when applicable. Commonly used at the end of construction to support compliance with approved plans and local building regulations.
